application process

The application consists of two stages.

1 - INTEREST FORM

The first stage, referred to as the INTEREST FORM, is for gathering basic information about the applicant and to indicate the applicant’s interest in pursuing the AETE.

The Interest Form expresses your interest in the award program.  Completion of the Interest Form does not obligate you to complete the Stage 2 “Application Package”.  Completing the Form adds you to a contact list, and you will receive updates throughout the award program cycle for this year.  The award review committee reserves the right to contact you with questions or to request additional information.

2 - APPLICATION PACKAGE

The second stage is the APPLICATION PACKAGE which consists of the “Application Form” and the “Work Sample”.  The application form includes general information and question responses. The work sample will be submitted as a graphic package in PDF file form via a digital submission. The application form also requires an unofficial transcript.
