Use the sample application to review the information you will need to complete the application, the questions that require responses on the application form, and the work sample submission requirements.
Gather all necessary information prior to beginning your application. There is not a way to save your work and return to the application, so make sure you are prepared and have all materials ready. Make sure you have prepared:
basic information (contact information, school, academic program)
question responses (refer to sample application)
work sample (one file, 10MB max, for upload)
unofficial transcript (for upload)
